Instructions

  1. Process the crushed grain with water to a liquid pulp, cover and let stand overnight.
  2. Mix the banana, lemon juice, sour cream and syrup with the porridge. Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces and add to the porridge, then sprinkle with the nuts.
  3. As a fruit e.g., peaches, apricots, plums, sour cherries (pitted), blackberries, currants, grapes (seedless).
