Instructions

  1. The grain is coarsely ground and soaked overnight with a little water.
  2. Mash the banana with a fork and coarsely grate the apple, drizzle with lemon juice. Mix all ingredients and fold in the cream.
  3. Can be varied with nuts, other fruits and seeds as desired.
