Instructions

  1. Beat the butter until frothy. Then add the herbs. Add the lemon juice, season with salt and freshly ground pepper and stir everything until smooth.
  2. Shape into a roll with cling film and leave to set in the refrigerator.
  3. When serving, cut the herb butter roll into slices and top each steak with it.
