Ingredients
- 125 g butter
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chives
- 1 tablespoon tarragon
- 1 teaspoon lemon (s), the zest, grated
- salt
- Pepper, ground black

- Beat the butter until frothy. Then add the herbs. Add the lemon juice, season with salt and freshly ground pepper and stir everything until smooth.
- Shape into a roll with cling film and leave to set in the refrigerator.
- When serving, cut the herb butter roll into slices and top each steak with it.
