  • 250 g butter, room temperature
  • 5 tablespoon parsley
  • 5 tablespoon chives
  • Herbs, mixed, others your choice
  • 3 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Put the room temperature butter with the herbs in a bowl and mix. Press and add garlic cloves.
  2. If necessary, let it rest for an hour in the refrigerator.
  3. Tips: If the herb butter is to be served as a cream, just add a little cream, milk or water to stretch it.
  4. Garlic can also be left out.
