  • 1 onion (s), very finely chopped
  • 5 clove (s) garlic, very finely chopped
  • 4 g paprika (flakes)
  • 4 g oreano
  • 4 g marjoram
  • 4 g turmeric
  • 4 g tarraon
  • 1 g fennel
  • 4 g rosemary
  • 4 g chives
  • 4 g thyme
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon yeast extract
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • sea-salt

Instructions

  1. Rub garlic with sea salt to make a paste. Mix all ingredients well with the soft butter.
  2. As a reserve: Pour the mixture on aluminum foil, form into a roll and freeze.
