Ingredients

  • 250 g butter (if necessary also semi-fat or liht)
  • 2 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped (frozen)
  • 2 tablespoon herbs, mixed your choice (frozen)
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon iodized salt with herbs
  • 1 teaspoon spice mixture (grill spice) or vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Put the piece of butter in a bowl and mash it well with a fork. Then add the herbs and spices and the garlic. Mix everything well together until the butter is evenly colored. Make sure that no pure butter lumps remain (this will spoil the taste).
  2. All you have to do is shape it as you wish or simply leave it in a bowl, smooth it out and serve.
  3. Tip: If you want to bring the butter with you as a party gift, prepare it a day in advance and put it in the fridge first, it will then taste really aromatic.
