Ingredients

  • 4 banana (s), should be well ripe
  • 80 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with the cinnamon and the sugar. I just use a fork. Chill the butter in the refrigerator.
  2. After grilling, when the heat is already gone, simply place the 4 bananas with their peel on the grill. When the bananas turn black (after approx. 10-15 minutes), turn them once and continue grilling on the other side (another approx. 10 minutes). If they`re black on both sides and very soft, then you`re done.
  3. Now cut open the banana skin with a sharp knife and arrange the bananas on the plates. Place a piece of cinnamon butter on the plate next to the banana so that it begins to melt slightly. And now let it taste
  4. The bananas can of course also be fried in the pan. With skin too, of course. But be careful, the leaking banana liquid will stick to the pan. So maybe you better use an older pan.
