Ingredients

  • 2 small bananas, very ripe
  • 150 ml milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon sugar if necessary (if bananas are not yet ripe enough)

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and puree (or use a hand blender).
  2. It tastes best when you put the smoothie in the fridge for about 1 hour. But you can also drink it right away.
  3. Tips: With 2 smaller bananas, the amount fits in a 400 ml glass. It tastes best with full-fat milk, but of course you can also use low-fat milk.
