Steak with Butter and Herbs Ingredients

  • Beef (steak) – 1 piece, 1.5 cm thick
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Softened butter – 150 g
  • Dried parsley – 1 tbsp (or chopped parsley)
  • Oregano – 1 tbsp
  • Rosemary – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil (infused with rosemary)

  1. Beat the butter. Add herbs. Mix. Pour in lemon juice.

  2. Salt. Stir again. Put the butter in a mold covered with cling film. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill or heavy skillet. Drizzle with oil. Layout the meat. Fry on both sides until the desired doneness. Transfer to a plate. Salt.

  4. Chop the cooled butter. Place a piece of butter on the steak. Serve the steak and french fries
