Instructions

  1. Peel the mangoes and avocados and cut into small cubes. Cut the onion into wafer-thin rings and cut the pointed pepper into very thin strips. Put everything in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Squeeze the lemon and mix the juice with the grated garlic, maple syrup, sesame oil and chilli sauce to a dressing and season with salt, pepper and - if you like it spicy - chilli flakes. Pour the dressing over the salad, mix in well and let steep for 20 minutes.
  3. At the end, sprinkle the cress over the salad.
