Instructions

  1. Cut the bacon 2-3 times and fry in a coated pan until crispy. Rub the peel off the lemons, grate the parmesan and pluck the thyme.
  2. Cook the pasta according to the instructions and place in a preheated bowl, fold in the bacon with the olive oil. Combine the parmesan cheese, lemon zest and thyme and stir in as well.
  3. Arrange on plates and spread the chopped Parma ham on top.
