Ingredients
- 500 g ribbon noodles, fresh
- 200 grams bacon
- 200 g parmesan cheese
- 2 lemon (s), untreated
- 1 pot thyme, fresh
- 100 g Parma ham
- 2 tablespoon olive oil

- Cut the bacon 2-3 times and fry in a coated pan until crispy. Rub the peel off the lemons, grate the parmesan and pluck the thyme.
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions and place in a preheated bowl, fold in the bacon with the olive oil. Combine the parmesan cheese, lemon zest and thyme and stir in as well.
- Arrange on plates and spread the chopped Parma ham on top.
