Instructions

  1. Sauté the carrots with the peas in the melted butter, then season with salt and sugar. Deglaze with a dash of water and simmer with the lid closed for approx. 5-10 minutes. If the carrots are still firm to the bite, the vegetables are ready. Finally, season with salt and pepper and stir in the parsley.
