Ingredients
- 3 handfuls peas (frozen)
- 4 carrot (s), peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 dash water
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- pepper from the grinder
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped (also frozen)
- 1 pinch (s) sugar

- Sauté the carrots with the peas in the melted butter, then season with salt and sugar. Deglaze with a dash of water and simmer with the lid closed for approx. 5-10 minutes. If the carrots are still firm to the bite, the vegetables are ready. Finally, season with salt and pepper and stir in the parsley.
