  • 1 large potato (s), grated or mashed
  • 100 ml broth
  • 1 teaspoon oil, (truffle oil)

  1. Cook the peas in the broth for approx. 5 minutes
  2. Add the potatoes to the peas pureed with a hand blender.
  3. Salt and season with truffle oil.
