Instructions

  1. First, peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Then clean the vegetables and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Now sweat the diced ham in a sufficiently large saucepan (min. 4 l). Then add the onion whole. Fry these for about 2 minutes. Then add the potatoes and the vegetables as well as the meatloaf. Prick the meatballs with a fork 3-4 times beforehand. Then fill the whole thing up with water and add the broth.
  3. After about 1/2 hour, season to taste with salt and pepper or spices as desired.
