Peel the asparagus. Halve the sticks and cut into pieces approx. 5 cm long. Peel the garlic and cut into small pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry the asparagus pieces with the diced garlic over a high medium heat. Fry for about another 10 minutes until the asparagus is lightly caramelized. Finally, season with salt and serve immediately.
Tip:
If you like, you can also use white and green asparagus for this dish.
