Halve the avocado, remove the stone e.g., by striking the avocado with a knife and levering out the core. Peel the avocado and cut into approx. 1 cm strips. Wash the tomato, remove the stalk and cut into eighths. Cut the feta into approx. 2 x 2 cm cubes.
Fry the avocado and the tomato in a grill pan on an induction cooker at level 7.5 for about 5 minutes. Add the feta 1 - 2 minutes before the end of the time and fry a little.
Serve garnished with spring onions on a plate. Refine with salt and pepper if necessary.
