- Cut the streaky bacon into fine strips.
- Peel the onions, cut in half and cut across into thin semicircles (or small cubes).
- Fry the bacon in oil until crispy. Finally add the onions and cook until translucent.
- This goes well with dry bread + possibly green salad.
