  • 150 g bacon, mixed
  • 2 onion (s), not too small
  • some oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the streaky bacon into fine strips.
  2. Peel the onions, cut in half and cut across into thin semicircles (or small cubes).
  3. Fry the bacon in oil until crispy. Finally add the onions and cook until translucent.
  4. This goes well with dry bread + possibly green salad.
  5. The quantities can be changed as desired - depending on whether you want more onions or bacon.
