Instructions

  1. Peel the radish and cut into approx. 1.5 cm thick slices.
  2. Drizzle each slice with lemon juice on both sides, then do not use too little salt and pepper.
  3. Stick the eggs on a soup plate and turn each slice of radish in the egg yolk, then turn in breadcrumbs. Make sure that the edge is also breaded, pressing down the breadcrumbs well.
  4. Repeat the process, turning each of the breaded radish slices a second time, first in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs. Press down again and make sure that the edge is well breaded.
  5. Heat the oil in a coated pan. Do not be too frugal with the oil, the radish slices must be able to float. Fry each side slowly until golden brown at a temperature that is not too high. Place on paper towels before serving to absorb the excess oil.
