Halve the banana lengthways and fry with the peel in a pan with a lid until the peel is black and the banana loosens from the peel on the sides.
In the meantime, put some biscuits in a freezer bag and crumble them finely with the rolling pin. Put 2 teaspoons of rum raisins on each half of the banana, on top 2 teaspoons of maple syrup and finally 1 teaspoon of biscuit crumbs. Spoon the banana out of the skin.
