Peel the bananas in half lengthways. Drizzle with lemon juice and bread with coconut flakes.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bananas over medium heat for one minute on each side until the coconut flakes take on color. Optionally pour in 4 tablespoons of preheated calvados and flambé.
Vanilla ice cream, fruit puree (e.g. kiwi), fruit rice or similar go well with it.
