Peel off the banana peel and cut the banana into small slices. Mix the flour with the milk in a small bowl and stir with a whisk so that there are no lumps. A thick dough should result.
Pull the banana slices through the batter. Now heat a pan with oil and add the bananas one by one. Fry each banana slice briefly on both sides so that the small slices turn a little brown. Take the bananas out of the pan and serve.
The quantities of flour and milk can be varied. I have given the amounts only approximately, as I always put everything in according to feeling.
