Instructions

  1. Boil the rice in salted water. In the meantime, clean the mushrooms and cut in halves or quarters depending on the size.
  2. Melt the butter in a large pan and sweat the mushrooms in it. Add the pine nuts. Season everything vigorously with salt and pepper.
  3. Finally add the rice, mix everything together and fry again vigorously.
