Instructions

  1. First cut the cauliflower into pieces. Quarter and slice the peeled potatoes and cut the tomatoes into small wedges.
  2. Fry the potatoes with a little oil. Add the cauliflower and salt, fry briefly. Add a sip of water and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes.
  3. Now add the spices and mix well. Add the tomato wedges and fry briefly, mix. Close the lid and cook everything for about 2 minutes over low heat.
