Instructions

  1. Clean the chanterelles and fry them in hot oil in a very hot pan while swirling. Add the shallot cubes and the chopped parsley. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper and continue to fry for approx. 3 minutes, swirling back and forth. Refine the fried chanterelles with a piece of butter.
