Instructions

  1. Mix eggs and cream in a soup plate. Put the flour in a soup plate and breadcrumbs in a soup plate.
  2. Spread a thin layer of meat on both sides of the bread slices. Cover both sides with the cheese slices and press together well.
  3. Then bread the slices very well twice (pull through the egg, flour and turn in the breadcrumbs) so that they are well wrapped.
  4. Then slowly fry the cuts in fat that is not too hot until they are golden brown.
