- Mix eggs and cream in a soup plate. Put the flour in a soup plate and breadcrumbs in a soup plate.
- Spread a thin layer of meat on both sides of the bread slices. Cover both sides with the cheese slices and press together well.
- Then bread the slices very well twice (pull through the egg, flour and turn in the breadcrumbs) so that they are well wrapped.
- Then slowly fry the cuts in fat that is not too hot until they are golden brown.
