Instructions

  1. Clean the mash floes, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Then turn in flour, knock it off well and have it ready for frying.
  2. Wash the wild garlic, spin dry, put in a blender together with the olive oil and puree. Pour into a bowl and stir in the parmesan.
  3. Now place the clods in two large pans with heated vegetable oil and fry them on both sides on both sides for about 6-8 minutes on reduced heat. At the end of the cooking time, halve the ham, add and fry until crispy.
  4. Serve the fish, spread the wild garlic paste over it and add the crispy ham.
  5. Small spring potatoes or fresh white bread go well with it.
