- 2 fish (s), whole corn floes
- salt
- pepper
- 1 bunch wild garlic or basil (about 40 g)
- 8 tablespoon olive oil
- 15 g parmesan, freshly rated
- 2 slices ham, air-dried
- Flour, for turning and
- Vegetable oil, for frying

- Clean the mash floes, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Then turn in flour, knock it off well and have it ready for frying.
- Wash the wild garlic, spin dry, put in a blender together with the olive oil and puree. Pour into a bowl and stir in the parmesan.
- Now place the clods in two large pans with heated vegetable oil and fry them on both sides on both sides for about 6-8 minutes on reduced heat. At the end of the cooking time, halve the ham, add and fry until crispy.
- Serve the fish, spread the wild garlic paste over it and add the crispy ham.
- Small spring potatoes or fresh white bread go well with it.
