Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pack puff pastry (roll, from the refrigerated shelf) approx. 400 g
  • 150 g cream cheese, plain or with herbs
  • 150 g ham, cooked, cut into small pieces
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 50 g cheese, rated
  • 1 handful wild garlic, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg (s), for brushing

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese, ham, egg, cheese and wild garlic together and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the puff pastry into squares or rectangles, put some of the filling on top and fold up. Press the edges together very well!
  3. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the tascherl on it. Beat the egg for brushing and brush the tascherl with it.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Serve with a salad.
