- Mix the cream cheese, ham, egg, cheese and wild garlic together and season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the puff pastry into squares or rectangles, put some of the filling on top and fold up. Press the edges together very well!
- Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the tascherl on it. Beat the egg for brushing and brush the tascherl with it.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
- Serve with a salad.
