- 5 egg (s)
- 10 g salt
- 25 g yeast
- 200 g butter
- 100 g wild arlic, finely chopped

- Prepare a yeast dough from the ingredients (knead intensively !!) and let it rest for 15-20 minutes. Shape any particles out of it and let them rise again. Bake at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes (depending on size - longer for larger dough shapes).
