Ingredients

  • 1 sachet dry yeast
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 15 g bread spice mixture
  • 300 ml water, warm
  • 250 g wild arlic, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough in 8 minutes. Let rise in a warm place for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cut the dough into 8 parts. Shape the dough into rolls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 230 ° C on top / bottom heat.
