Ingredients
- 400 g flour (e. .: bread flour)
- 100 g rye flour
- 1 sachet dry yeast
- 20 g olive oil
- 15 g bread spice mixture
- 300 ml water, warm
- 250 g wild arlic, finely chopped

- Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough in 8 minutes. Let rise in a warm place for at least 30 minutes.
- Cut the dough into 8 parts. Shape the dough into rolls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 230 ° C on top / bottom heat.
- Cover and let the rolls rest until the oven is hot. Brush with water before baking and place a cup of water on the bottom of the oven. Bake for 20 minutes (or until the desired degree of browning).
