Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- 3 large wild garlic leaves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 dash balsamic vinegar or wild garlic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- Spice Mix, Baharat or Chipotle Spice

- Drain the chickpeas almost completely, pour them into a tall container and puree them with a blender.
- Cut the wild garlic leaves into strips and add to the chickpea sauce with the oil, vinegar and the spices. Mix well and let steep for approx. 1 hour.
- Goes well with flatbread or grilled meat.
