Instructions

  1. Drain the chickpeas almost completely, pour them into a tall container and puree them with a blender.
  2. Cut the wild garlic leaves into strips and add to the chickpea sauce with the oil, vinegar and the spices. Mix well and let steep for approx. 1 hour.
  3. Goes well with flatbread or grilled meat.
