  1. Stir the custard powder with a little milk until smooth. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil, stir in the mixed pudding powder and cook the pudding. Remove from the heat and stir in the sugar, quark and egg liqueur.
  2. Pour the cream onto 4 plates and place one apricot half in the middle with the curve facing up. Garnish all around with whipped cream.
  3. The dessert can be eaten warm or cold.
