Instructions

  1. Drain 4 peach halves in a sieve, collecting about 8 tablespoons of the juice.
  2. Mix the quark with sugar, vanilla sugar, the peach juice and the cream (it must remain spreadable - logically) and spread on toast or white bread slices (possibly buttered) and place one peach half on each. If you like, you can garnish with pistachios.
