Cut the salami into squares, place in a small pan and fry. Degrease on kitchen paper.
Cut the tomatoes into slices and season with rosemary, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper. Fry the tomatoes in the pan, add 1 teaspoon of olive oil if necessary. Beat the egg and place on top of the tomatoes. Sprinkle the salami on top and finish frying as desired.
