  1. Cut the two feta cheeses into 8 equal pieces.
  2. Put the egg in a bowl and whisk. Turn the cheese all around so that all sides are coated with egg. Then roll the cheese in breadcrumbs.
  3. Make the olive oil really hot and briefly fry the feta on all sides.
  4. Serve with raw onion slices, tomatoes, tzatziki and baguette.
