Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas, cut in half lengthways and drizzle with half of the lemon juice.
  2. Heat the butter in a large - if possible coated - pan. Fry the banana halves in it until golden brown. Carefully remove the banana halves and keep warm.
  3. Roast the almond sticks in the remaining frying fat until golden brown, dust with cinnamon and add honey. Melt over a mild heat. Stir in the remaining lemon juice.
  4. Pour the honey and almond sauce over the fried bananas and serve immediately.
