- 4 banana (s)
- 1 lemon (s), the grated zest it
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon almond (s) (almond sticks)
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
- 4 tablespoon honey

- Peel the bananas, cut in half lengthways and drizzle with half of the lemon juice.
- Heat the butter in a large - if possible coated - pan. Fry the banana halves in it until golden brown. Carefully remove the banana halves and keep warm.
- Roast the almond sticks in the remaining frying fat until golden brown, dust with cinnamon and add honey. Melt over a mild heat. Stir in the remaining lemon juice.
- Pour the honey and almond sauce over the fried bananas and serve immediately.
