- 80 g oatmeal
- 360 ml water
- 240 ml milk, 1.5%
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 banana (s), sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 8 nuts, chopped

- Put the oatmeal in boiling water. Add the salt and simmer the oat flakes over low heat for 6 minutes while stirring. Add the milk and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
