- 50 g coconut flakes

- Halve the bananas and place in a non-stick pan with the skin on. Break the chocolate into pieces and cover the banana halves with it.
- Fry the bananas until the skin is black and the chocolate has melted. Sprinkle the banana halves with coconut flakes and serve.
