- 4 teaspoon maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons biscuit (s) (biscuit crumbs)

- Halve the banana lengthways and fry with the skin in the pan with the lid until the skin is black. Spread 3 Mon Cherie on each half and continue frying, covered, until the Mon Cherie have melted. Then put 2 teaspoons of maple syrup on each half and sprinkle with the biscuit crumbs.
- Spoon the banana out of the skin.
