  • 100 g suar
  • 100 ml oil
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 15 piece (s) confectionery (Mon Cheri)
  • 2 cl kirsch or cherry liqueur
  • 250 g flour
  • 6 tablespoon cocoa powder, instant
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 50 g chocolate flakes, dark
  • Fat for the shape
  • Flour for the mold
  • Icing sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg and sugar with a hand blender, then add the oil, milk and vanilla sugar and mix briefly. Now add the confectionery and the liqueur and chop them up nicely.
  2. Now put the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and the chocolate flakes in a mixing bowl and mix together. Mix the liquid ingredients well again briefly and pour over the flour mixture.
  3. Mix the whole thing with the mixer to a smooth cake batter and place in a greased and floured springform pan. Place the tin in the oven preheated to 175 ° C (top / bottom heat) and bake the cake for about 50 minutes. After cooling, sprinkle with a little powdered sugar for the eyes.
