  • 200 g confectionery, (Mon Cherie)
  • 200 g butter
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 160 g flour
  • 40 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • possibly rum or kirsch
  • possibly cake icing, (chocolate frosting)

Instructions

  1. For the dough, melt the butter and Mon Cherie in a water bath and let cool down a little. Beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy and then beat the lukewarm chocolate mixture underneath. Mix the flour with the cinnamon and cocoa and stir in. Stir in rum or kirsch to taste.
  2. Pour the dough into a 26 cm springform pan or 20 x 30 cm baking pan lined with baking paper and bake at 180 ° C for 25-35 minutes. The dough should still stick a little when you try the chopsticks. Then let cool in the mold.
  3. If you like, you can put a frosting on it. Cut into pieces of any size.
