Ingredients
- Oil for the mold
For the yeast dough:
- 500 g wheat flour
- 1 pack dry yeast
- 0.25 liter ¼ milk, approximately
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Vanilla sugar, (bourbon vanilla)
For the filling:
- 8 piece (s) confectionery, (Mon Chéri) or 16, depending on the size the steamed noodles

- Mix the dough ingredients into a medium-firm yeast dough in the food processor and, depending on the size of the steamed noodles you want, cut the dough with a spoon and enclose a praline with it. Lightly oil the perforated container and layer the pasta loosely next to each other. The amount is enough for two containers (8 small or 4 large noodles per container).
- Cover with a kitchen towel and let rise well in the container at room temperature, and then cook in the steamer at 100 ° C 100% moisture for 15-20 minutes (depending on size).
