Ingredients

  • 250 g noodles, Mie noodles (e ribbon noodles)
  • 2 tablespoon oil (peanut oil)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 small Chinese cabbage, approx. 50 g
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon coriander, ground
  • 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 250 g shrimp (s), frozen

Instructions

  1. Cook the Mie noodles according to the instructions on the packet, rinse in cold water and drain.
  2. In the meantime, heat the oil in a wok or in a large pan.
  3. Cut the spring onions into rings and the mushrooms into slices, dice the paprika.
  4. Sauté the vegetables in the oil for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. In the meantime, cut the Chinese cabbage into fine strips.
  6. Then add to the rest of the vegetables and sauté over a medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables have lost a lot of their volume.
  7. Season with coriander, sambal oelek and pepper, deglaze with the soy sauce.
  8. Then mix in a bowl with the well-drained pasta.
  9. Fry the prawns in a little oil and mix with the salad.
  10. Goes well with meat marinated in Asia, for example.
